It should be short, accurate, and related to the central idea of the paper. Use of abbreviations in the title should be avoided. Key words (not more than 4 to 6) should also be given on title sheet. Name of the author(s) should follow the title and the institutional affiliations along with the address should be provided on the title sheet as foot note. Please also include the email of the corresponding author. Acknowledgements may also be given as foot note on the title sheet.

Abstract :
The abstract should be precise in about 150-200 words and should be given on the second page (after the title page) of the manuscript along with the full title (without author(s) name) of the article. The abstract is a summary of the main article. It should include a brief outline of only the essential facts of the main article such as the objectives/hypothesis/propositions/research inquiry, method, results and conclusion.

Keywords :
Select four to seven keywords (words or expressions) that capture the essence of your paper. List the words in decreasing order of importance. All the key terms must be translated in English and attached to your abstract.

Introduction :
The third page of the manuscript begins with an introduction (without the heading “introduction”. The full title of the article should be given on this page. The introduction should not be a long review of the subject area rather it should be relevant to specific area of study and should cover only findings of the pertinent researches. The preposition and hypothesis of the research work may be given at the end of this section (without heading)

Literature review :
This section should include references to literature in the field were dealing with the theme work in bringing attention to the most important and relevant contributions based on which the author will build his argumentum the study. It would be in the review process share references to papers published in international journals recognized by the scientific community. This section shall show that the author is familiar with the state of knowledge in the domain studied; it has a sufficient scientific training to enable it to build an opinion on the relevance of the issues studied. This section will cover a maximum of 4 pages. Typeface must be 12-point Times New Roman type single spaced.

Paper Body :
Organize the body of the paper carefully using titles and subtitles to emphasize both content and clarity. Consider the following: use the accepted terminology of the field to describe any subjects or experimental procedures used to gather and analyze data; include detailed methods, so readers could be able to follow the investigation; state the results clearly and succinctly; thoroughly discuss, interpret and analyze the implications of the findings and minutely discuss the impact of the results, both globally and specifically.

Typeface must be 10-point Times New Roman type single spaced. Tables and figures should be sized and placed in the body of the paper just as the authors want them printed in the journal. Care should be taken so that tables and figures could be on one page. The tables contents will be written in 10 point type, Times New Roman and the heading of the tables will be in 10 point type bold, Times New Roman. The titles and numbers will be positioned above the table and the title and number of the figures bellow. When it is needed, the source will be mentioned. The number of the tables and figures are to be positioned in the body of the text, in a parenthesis, wherever they are mentioned, for example: (fig. nr.1), (table nr. 1). The graphs must be executed clearly so as to give clear black and white copies. Number all the equations and formulas used positioning the numbers in parenthesis on their right side. Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text, even after they had already been defined in the abstract. Avoid the use of footnotes, but endnotes are encouraged at the end of the paper before the references. Endnotes must be in 10 point, Times New Roman, bold type.

Method :
It should cover a brief description of the overall frame work of the research. Where ever applicable the brief description of methods should also be provided. Avoid Tables and figures in this section.

Results :
For empirical and quantitative studies, findings of the quantitative/ qualitative analysis should be provided in this section. Provide relevant facts only and the findings may be summarized in the form of tables. The obtained results may be displayed in figures or may be reported in the text when and where needed. But do not repeat same data (information) in more than one form. Do not include too many tables, try to combine these wherever possible, and indicate in the paper where tables/figures should appear. Use Arabic numerals for numbering table and figure. The tables and figures should be carefully planned to fit the production size of printed page. OTR does not publish detailed ANOVA tables, give only significant F-values at suitable places in the text: F(df) = ; p<.05/.01.

Discussion :
This is important aspect of the paper especially in the case qualitative and theoretical works and should be drafted carefully. Generally discussion begins with the major findings of the research followed by interpretation and discussion of each of these findings in individual paragraphs in the light of relevant past works and available theoretical frameworks. At the last the major conclusions of the research should be reported. The authors may also include the limitations of their research and future directions in this section. In some situations study results may be combined with Discussion so as to avoid repetition.

Conclusions :
A conclusion section is required. Conclusions may review the main points of the paper, do not replicate the abstract as the conclusion. A conclusion might elaborate on the importance of the work or suggest applications and extensions and extensions of the research.

References :
Citations in the text and References must correspond to each other; do not over reference by giving the obvious/old classic studies or the irrelevant findings. In general try to avoid (if not possible then minimize) giving references to abstracts and unpublished papers. Give all journal titles in full and not in an abbreviated form.

Related to in-text referencing cite the name of the author(s) and year of publication (James, 1984), (Collins and Fremont, 1977 – for two authors) and (Collins et al., 1988 – for three authors). Also, references in the articles will be numbered with [1] and if there are more than one reference with, [1] - [2]. Sources should be in alphabetical order by author’s last name. When certain studies, research, articles are published in a volume, the volume numbers and pages will be specified.
